Expectant parent?

Are you an expectant parent? It’s a new and exciting time and there is nothing quite like the feeling of excitement you have; and it’s natural that you have so many expectations and hopes. However, please let me help you separate the reality from the myth.

There is so much information out there for expectant mothers about yours and your baby’s health, fashion advice and /or tips, rights at work, clubs etc. And a google search or a good Mother & Baby magazine will provide valuable information for you.

As an expectant parent, you may have some misconceived ideas (we all did!) but let me tell you imagining child birth and actually going through it are two different things.

By all means do the above, but don’t neglect to speak to people who have actually gone through labour and child birth for a clearer and more realistic understanding of expectancy and child birth.
